The 650 square foot upper west rental is located upstairs with the bedrooms facing west. The open living room contains a high vaulted ceiling and plenty of windows to take advantage of ocean breezes. The sofa sectional sits across from a wall-mounted 65” flat-screen TV. The kitchen is part of the same open space, allowing easy flow between the areas. The dining area has a built-in seating booth with additional chairs to comfortably seat six people. The quartzite kitchen countertops, modern appliances, plenty of cabinet storage and well-equipped kitchen allows easy meal preparation. The bathroom has an overhead rain shower and a hand-held shower with multiple towel racks and hooks. Each of the two bedrooms features a queen bed, closet and wall mirror. The unit also contains a private washer/dryer, heating and air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.

There is one parking space allocated for the upper west rental.
This was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! The location is prime and just a few blocks from the beach. The actual space is newly renovated and was perfect to come back home to. Kitchen and living space were fully equipped, even the small things we needed were already there. Dan & Becky checked in on us during our stay and were always available. Honestly, this place is a gem!
