The 650 square foot upper west rental is located upstairs with the bedrooms facing west. The open living room contains a high vaulted ceiling and plenty of windows to take advantage of ocean breezes. The sofa sectional sits across from a wall-mounted 65” flat-screen TV. The kitchen is part of the same open space, allowing easy flow between the areas. The dining area has a built-in seating booth with additional chairs to comfortably seat six people. The quartzite kitchen countertops, modern appliances, plenty of cabinet storage and well-equipped kitchen allows easy meal preparation. The bathroom has an overhead rain shower and a hand-held shower with multiple towel racks and hooks. Each of the two bedrooms features a queen bed, closet and wall mirror. The unit also contains a private washer/dryer, heating and air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.

There is one parking space allocated for the upper west rental.
Very clean, accurate and well equipped place to stay in ocean beach! Close to the water and very close to Newport shops.
My friends and I had an amazing stay. The unit is within walking distance of everything. We never had to drive anywhere. We walked to the beach, target, food, shopping, and more. The location is absolutely perfect. The Airbnb itself was very new and clean. They really did just renovate the whole thing. Dan met us at check-in to help us inside and they accommodated us when we wanted to change dates. Great hosts, great house, and a great time.
Fully stocked unit with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable too. Loved the location that is close to beach and shops but not in the thick of things in Ocean Beach. New windows helped quite a bit with street noise. Prompt response from owners. Designated parking space is tight but it worked. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
